Portable Abrasive Blast Pot Systems
The workhorses of the abrasive airblast industry, these blast pot systems are designed to provide the industry's lowest pressure drop - less than 1.5 psi and in some cases less than 1 psi - compared to as much as 10-14 psi in other systems on the market. It is important to note that for every drop of 1 psi at the nozzle, there is a corresponding loss of 1.5% in productivity.
Ushering in a new era of productivity for large jobs and revolutionising the abrasive blasting industry, the safety enhancing features of the BulkKUBE Blasting System include the controlled expansion nozzle (CEN) blowdown, which safely controls the expansion and velocity of exhaust air. This system minimises the opportunity for dust abrasion of exhaust system components, dramatically reducing noise to safe levels during blowdown, allowing the operator to fully open the exhaust valve and safely depressurise a 160 cu ft unit in about 8 minutes.
Other safety features include a 3" flanged cleanout for easy emptying without heavy tools, the Halok closure safety system that prevents operators from improperly opening and closing the 10" closure, an Ergo-Ladder system for safe and comfortable access to the 10" closure and manway stay brackets which assist in easy/correct installation of the manway cover.
M-Series Multi-Media Blaster Pots
Add flexibility to your blasting operation with RS Blastech's M-Series of multi-media blaster pots. Designed to be used with a broader range of abrasive media than a typical blaster, the M-Series of multi-media blaster pots allow you to use the best blast abrasive for the job which allows you to achieve the surface profile you desire.
From cleaning surface grease and oil to stripping rust or paint, the M-Series offers one system for all your blasting requirements. With easy to use, precision controls, the M-Series allows for blasting at high or low pressure, and includes a pressure regulator to reduce blast air pressure when working with delicate objects, full pressure bypass for working with tougher applications and differential pressure control for enhanced operation when blasting with lightweight abrasives, for improved abrasive flow and flow control.
Blast and Recovery Systems (BRS)
Designed for use when open-air blasting is prohibited, when it is not possible or is impractical, RS Blastech's BRS, BRS II and miniBRS blast and recover spent abrasive, contaminants and dust at the same time. They can also be used to blast and then vacuum abrasive independently. While the BRS will never replace open-air blasting because of lower overall productivity, instances where the jobsite is sensitive to dust and contaminants or when open-air blasting is prohibited, not possible or isn't practical, blasting and recovery systems can provide the solution.

Don't let moisture in your air supply rob you of your productivity. Behind insufficient air supply, moisture is the second largest enemy to blasting productivity. Wet air causes flash rusting, clogs blast pots with damp abrasives, damages control valves and reduces productivity and moisture can also be a problem in seemingly dry conditions!
Blasting operations that incorporate a Schmidt high volume aftercooler moisture separator, have documented an increase in production of 12% - 15%. Scmidt's Aftercooler, Air Dryer and Moisture Separator AirPrep Systems are designed and manufactured to help maintain and promote productivity in your blasting system and feature negligible pressure drops.
Put the power of baking soda to work for you. These specialised systems are designed to maximise the effectiveness of ARMEX sodium bicarbonate blast media, which is ideal for industrial cleaning in food processing, pulp and paper, automotive and other industries. Schmidt's 11 XS, 12 XS and 13 XS Accustrip Systems are suited for architectural cleaning, single or multiple layer graffiti and paint removal, and are an extremely effective, one-step cleaning and deodorising solution for fire and smoke damage or mould remediation.
