Effortless Blast Helmet Communication Systems

Your solution is RPB Safety's Nova Talk and R-Tex high noise headsets, a wireless communication system that is designed to build upon the safety and productivity enhancing features of the Nova 1, Nova 2000 and Nova 3 blast helmets.

Similarly to the Nova 1 and Nova 2000 communication systems, the Nova 3 headset is encased in pillow foam padding which brings the microphone as close to the operator's mouth as possible.

RPB Safety's R-Tex high noise headset is designed for operators not using a respirator, such as a pot tender or a supervisor. With a noise cancelling headset and microphone, the R-Tex also features a noise reduction rating (NRR) of 23 dBA which helps to provide clear communication in even high noise environments. The R-Tex high noise headset helps increase productivity and teamwork amongst blasters by allowing communication with blasters that have internal communication systems in there Nova 1, Nova 2000 or Nova 3 blast helmets. This headset is also known as the pot man communication headset.

The push to talk (PTT) button is sealed for safety. Designed for easy activation, the button can be belt or chest harness mounted and features a 360° swivel so its position can be easily adjusted for ease of use and comfort.
