This kit is entirely feild replaceable using only very basic tools. This saves the costly process of helmets having to be returned to the workshop, wherever this may be - less downtime for your company, and more profit to your bottom line.
This door frame kit also fits the RPB Astro helmet.
This product is designed for a glass lens. However there are tear-off lenses available for this, but we would recommend you consider the Nova 2000 or Nova 3 helmets if you would like to work with a labour-saving and cost-saving plastic tear-off lens, as these helmets have a larger viewing window.
The kit can be used with plastic tear-offs or glass infill. Should you wish to use it with plastic tear-offs please remember to adjust the screws on the left hand side of the door to the position nearest the helmet, so that the thinner plastic lenses are properly held and that there is a dust-tight seal around the lenses.
